Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. The state of being free from illness or injury. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense in its 1948 constitution as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." There are two aspects of health namely:-
Physical health means a good body health, which is healthy because of regular physical activity (exercise), good nutrition, and adequate rest
Mental health refers to people's cognitive and emotional well-being.
The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal could be termed as Wellness or Well-being. If we take responsibility for our own health and well-being, we can improve our health on a daily basis. Certain factors influence our state of wellness, including nutrition, physical activity, stress-coping methods, good relationships, and career success
